Chinese New Year 2013

The Dragon Year Bid us quick this year and we are now in the Snakey Year of 2013!

Im glad and happy for what i have now. Like honestly, my family, career, friends and relationship.

 Met up with Meiling the afternoon before the eve of chinese new year to collect the Lapis we ordered for our families for the CNY and this is the indulgence!

Chinese New Year Eve (9th Feb 2013)
As usual, mummy love whipped up a whole table full of delicacies and i get my wish of indulging in my favorite steamboat! I LOVE having steamboat for some weird reasons....

 whahaha a table full of yummilicious stuff for 8 people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We ended off with the Yu Sheng from Sakae and after 4 Yu Sheng i had as of Chu Qi, i still vote this the best one!

 See the sea of salmon belly sashimis and abalones! whahahahahah and of course extra crackers~~~~~~~

 Mummy always never fails to cheer the crowd up with her ever enthusiastic "HUAT AR!!!"

Chinese New Year Day 1 (10th Feb 2013)
As usual, we went for the prayers in the morning as per our custom every new year and its just Gor Gor , Me and Mummy this year cos Papa was at work. Decided to visit Bugis Temple and goodness the crowd was terrible and the drizzle seriously adds on to my nerve...

 Trained down to Bugis and head to meet Eugene for a lunch at his place with the family. Jaden is so cute.. lol.

 In the evening was to movies with MY FAMILY and we caught Zhou Xin Chi's Journey to the West by Lou ZiXiang and Shu Qi.

Chinese New Year Day 2 (11th Feb 2012)

Eugene was *adopted by me as his family was off to BKK and i was glad that he accompanied me to my Mum's side for visiting. It was a good time to introduce him to them and i was really very relieved that he indeed impressed some of my senior aunts and uncle who are dear to me.
Thanks Hubby Love for the extra effort to leave a good impression to my family.

 Eugene had some kids time and some *impression inking time* with my second uncle and his Arowanas. lol

 And its xiao bei bai nian time! Thank god big aunt is recovering from her surgery after the bicycle fall. Such a lovely aunt that never fails to put on a smile everytime i sees her.

 And GodMa's skills in planting never fails to impress us =)

 And of course my dear hubby treated Ding tai Feng that evening!

 Chinese New Year Chu San! (12th feb 2013)
Its the Queens' visting day!!! much loves! Started off with Hazel's place for dearest and sweetest uncle na shou Mee Hoon Kuey with abalone! and to mine for a long KTV session and Yusheng, and to Jo's place for steamboat and gambling session!

 And my Sayang tried on my mum's wig!!! hahahahahah she can indeed carry that!

 Hahahah im so proud that i made this Chocolate tofu cake, *credits to the recipe by Irene. It was a success and i am so delighted that Alice darling loves it too!!!

Chinese New Year Chu Si ( 13th Feb 2013)
Met up with Eugene's gang for a dinner at Canton I Ion. Have been feasting for quite abit... Scary lol.

Chinese New Year Chu Wu (14th Feb 2013)
Valentine's Day. Got him a GPS. Good for me and him. Now it ends the staring and blaming times when i give him the wrg navigation.

 It was a simple dinner at my Fav Watami but i actually didnt mind and was rather feeling blissful becos i had him with me by myside on this special day =)

Chinese New Year Chu Liu (15th Feb 2013)
Becos i think he felt guilty we didnt really had a celebration, he was exceptionally sweet to head out with me for a steamboat at Bugis on the chilly day and i randomly chose a huggable from Bugis to be put in his car. Am loving the texture and the vibrant colour that contrast against his Bumble Bee

 and also, he got me a Philips 3 in 1 blender becos i really had nothing in mind and i screwed up mummy's blender when making the Chocolate Toufu cake few days back!

Mummy's treat to some sinful treats at Tampines Blk 804 with the boy.

 Am loving every single day of mine and is definetely gaining so much weight becos of how well fed i am.
