UNISIM Jul 2009- Jun 2012
Aint an easy 3 years juggling with work, school, relationship, friendship and kinship but i did it!
Made a choice 3 years back to go for a part time degree due to family commitments and financial reasons. Been waiting and looking forward to this very day for more than 1000 days!!!! And YES! i finally made this far!
Although results hasnt been as ideal with me screwing up my Strategy with the only C in my 24 modules but im still glad that i can make it through this year
Im blessed to realise that Everyone around me has been really supportive for me in this journey. Angels i met at work from Recruit Express to Husky to Harris, Enfatico and now Jardine Lloyd Thompson have been really understanding , helpful and encouraging.
Friends around me accommodated to my absence and temper during the stressing periods in my life.
Family members are always so accepting when i throw my tantrum insisting i need a 100% silent environment when i need to burn the midnight oil or do the last minute Buddha leg hugging during exam periods.
Boyfriend has been the best motivator that stayed with me these 3 years. Those mental taxing days i always had him with me rushing off assignments. i always looked forward to supper or his company after Late night classes. Had a loving personal Chauffeur to send me home on tiring nights after classes in the West and to school for exams early in the morning so that i can have that extra bit of time to catch a glimpse of sleep before papers or after classes. He has always been very confident of me and never fail to fill in those dreadful periods with dates to make life less dull.
Never really had any friends in School because of our ever changing curriculum and classes concept in UNISIM. But my last module with the loving group mates, classmates, tutor and now friends indeed made my perception of the Degree a whole new one again. Grateful that i am blessed to be in this class to end my journey with UNISIM which allows me to bring back joy, laughter, tears and irreplaceable friendship when all comes to an end.
