but i learnt something in the industry relavant...not in sales line...in our industry not all the time customer is right...i am so excited to deal with this kinda hotel situations...

mon was like so amzin to start the sch semester...u haven seen how our jianli argued with the insane jap tourist hu barged into our sch compound ...it is the IN topic now...he dun let me uplaod the VIDEO of them argueing lar! hmmpf....
this guy is insane...all he noes is say "he" "cut" & "line", no assumption made...

- he wanna complain to the japan, american ambassy
- he say he noes George bush or hu eva he is
- he say he wanna call back to japen and ask for their police
- he says tat in japan if such cases happen...jianli die
- he refuse to get out of the sch compound and wen to our Ritz restaurant for lunch!

altho life is hectic....learning from these tutors are ever interesting and they indeed made my life in TAS more colourful and beautified...luvs TAS!
